What is the legitimacy of the processing?

Purpose #1: Consent of the interested party that you grant us at the time of sending us a query.

Purpose #2: Compliance with contractual obligations for the acquisition of products and/or services under the conditions indicated in the contract that we may formalize, as well as complying with the fiscal legal obligations derived from it.

The RESPONSIBLE has access to and processes that public information of the USER, especially their contact name. This data is only used within the social network itself and will only be incorporated into a file of the RESPONSIBLE when necessary to process the USER's request.

Purpose #5: Consent of the interested party to participate in personnel selection processes, which you grant us at the time of sending us your curriculum vitae, either through paper or electronic forms where you give your specific consent. If you send us your CV by email, we consider that you are allowing us to process it, so in case we deem it appropriate to keep it, we will reply to you by the same means of our data protection policy.

What are the data retention criteria?

Purposes nº 1, 2: We will keep the data for the period required by legal obligations, and as long as there is still interest in maintaining the relationship by both parties. We will proceed with the deletion of the data when it is no longer necessary to achieve the purposes that justified their processing.

Purpose nº 3: Data retention period for sending commercial communications:

If you have expressly authorized us, we will keep your data until you decide to withdraw your consent or object to the processing.
If you have had a contractual relationship with us and we send you commercial communications, we will keep your data until you decide to object to such processing.

Purpose nº 4: Images or other data that we have published on websites, social media pages, or other media will be kept indefinitely unless you wish to withdraw the consent you gave us.

Purpose nº 5: Resumes received will be destroyed if they are discarded from the possible selection processes that we could carry out, keeping them for a maximum period of one year.

What rights does the interested party have?

Any person has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not we are processing personal data concerning them.

SECURITY MEASURES

In accordance with the provisions of current regulations on personal data protection, the CONTROLLER is complying with all the provisions of the GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION (GDPR) for the processing of the personal data for which it is responsible, and manifestly with the principles described in article 5, by which they are processed lawfully, fairly and transparently in relation to the data subject and are adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.

EXPANSION OF INFORMATION ON SOCIAL MEDIA PROCESSING:

USE OF THE SOCIAL MEDIA PROFILE

The CONTROLLER will carry out the following actions:

Access to the public information of the profile.
Publication on the USER's profile of all the information already published on the CONTROLLER's social media.
Send personal and individual messages through the social media channels.
Updates of the status of the page that will be published on the USER's profile.

The USER can always control their connections, delete the content that is no longer of interest to them, and restrict who they share their connections with; for this, they must access their privacy settings.

Publications:

Once the USER becomes a follower or joins the RESPONSIBLE's social network, they may publish comments, links, images, photographs, or any other type of multimedia content supported by it. In all cases, the USER must be the owner of the published content, enjoy copyright and intellectual property rights, or have the consent of the affected third parties.

Any publication on the social network, whether texts, graphics, photographs, videos, etc. that undermine or are susceptible to undermining morality, ethics, good taste or decorum, and/or that infringe, violate or break intellectual or industrial property rights, the right to image or the Law, is expressly prohibited.

In these cases, the RESPONSIBLE reserves the right to immediately remove the content, without prior communication, and may request the permanent blocking of the USER.

DATA OF MINORS OR PERSONS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS

Access and registration through the RESPONSIBLE's social networks is prohibited for minors under 18 years of age. If the USER has special needs, the intervention of the holder of their parental authority or guardianship, or their legal representative through a valid document accrediting the representation, will be necessary. The RESPONSIBLE will be expressly exempt from any responsibility that may arise from the use of social networks by minors or persons with special needs. The RESPONSIBLE's social networks do not consciously collect any personal information from minors, therefore, if the USER is a minor, they should not register or use the RESPONSIBLE's social networks or provide any personal information.
